Is it on a laptop, phone, tablet? Which email application is it?

I used to have an issue a couple of years back when you had to fill in the locator form for returning to the UK from abroad. The PDF you had emailed back wouldn’t load for some reason in the Mail app on an iPhone. government website even acknowledged something they did stopped it working. Only way round it was to open the email and attached file in a different email application on my phone.

Firstly, try opening the email/PDF on a different device, if that fails, I’m sure Wembley will get back to you before Friday and if not I’m sure the club will help out. Don’t panic, well not yet anyway

Trying to help but you need to give us more to go on.

What kind of phone?
Has she tried opening on another type of device like a computer or tablet?
Has she tried logging into her email via the web version or through a different email app on her phone?
Can she forward the email to someone else to try?

Can you tell I work in IT Support! Always hard to help when you can’t get the info to start with. Lots of options you can try before having a meltdown.

She can't open it on adobe, on both iPhone or lap top
It says it cannot open might be corrupt or damaged.

Forward it to me and I’ll print them and come and pick them up from me if you’re struggling. I’ve just printed 16 of them.

Dm me if you want help.

That’s likely the file is damaged then and is going to need the Wembley ticket office to sort. Worst case there is one at the ground you can visit on Saturday I think but even so give them a chance to get back to you or follow up with a phone call if poss.

Do they print out correctly as they are or do I need to adjust any settings?

I guess that the tickets are showing as an attachment called 'tickets.pdf'?

To open the attachment you'll need to first download the attachment as a pdf.

You'll then need to open the pdf by clicking on it (bottom left of the screen as usual)

More than likely the pdf will show as a print preview on your screen as only the first 2 sections of each ticket. It will probably print what it shows only

If you want the full tickets (best plan) you'll need to choose 'fit to page' on your print options (when you press print, it might be under advanced). It should alter the print preview on your screen.

You might also need to rotate the tickets possibly - possibly not.

Should work.

I printed mine from my iPad which is connected to my wireless printer (which gets plenty of work from my eBay sideline) and although annoyingly it’s a whole A4 sheet per ticket they were fine.
