Many thanks to the 24 past players for continuing and welcome to the 10 new players of which 2 are Mansfield supporters which should add some additional interest.

This gives 34 players. I have decided to set up 2 leagues of 18 which means there are 2 spaces still available in Division 2. This will give 17 rounds of head to heads. The structure of the 2 divisions is below

Bobs Board Head to Head Prediction League Rules

Each round will consist of 10 games from Premier league, Championship, League 1, League 2, Scots Prem, Non League or random special games. Weekend games may be over Saturdays and Sundays and there will be some midweek predictions required.

Each person will need to predict the score for both teams in the games identified each week and identify 2 games as bankers which will score double points.

Predictions will need to be submitted before the first game kicks off. Any submissions after a game has kicked off will not be accepted.
Head to heads will be published at the same time as the fixtures.
Scores will be added up and the results posted on Bobs board after the completion of each round of fixtures.
If one person scores more points than the other then they will win 3 points and the loser will get 0 points, if both people are level they will get 1 point each.
A league table will be posted on the board after each round of fixtures. The first league table will be posted after the third game is completed

34 people have entered the competition so far. There will be predictions each weekend and also midweek predictions, please watch out for these.
Every one will play each other once.
The table will be determined by with the highest number of points from the head to head games. If players are level on points then places will be determined by prediction points scored.

Scoring
There are 10 games to predict
Correct score for both teams 3 points
Correct result but not correct scores 1 point
Incorrect result 0 points
Identified Bankers for 2 games will score double
There will be 4 bonus points awarded to the person who gets the highest prediction score each week, if more than one person gets the same highest score the bonus points will be shared.

Any Chesterfield prediction in the head to head games will be automatically entered into the Chesterfield prediction League. If you want a different prediction in the Chesterfield prediction game just post a different score in the separate chesterfield prediction thread
