Don't put too much onto one season lads. Progress at a pace that can be sustained is what is called for. Remember too much expectation too early in a season can lead to a heavy downfall. As we experienced last year.
Having said that with the new signings upto now and the ground planing ect. I do have that feelgood feeling at present. A decent keeper will make it a lot happier place.

Don't put too much on one season? Ok then but last season was 1 this is number 2 so in your opinion how many seasons should we be prepared to wait?

As long as it takes! As I've said in the past there is no quick fix in aquiring sustained and afordable success with finatial stability. I know there are a number of impatient fellas on here but don't get frustrated and put to much pressure on people and we may just gain that promotion we all crave for.
If you want to put me on the spot for this season I would expect nothing less than an improvement on last seasons achivement. Obviously that means a playoff place. Will we gain promotion from there? That depends on the teams performances upto that point, as confidence towards the back end of the season will roll on to the playoff games.
So for me its the playoffs and if we move to the next level great but if we don't so be it, but promotion is a must next year with the ground move on the cards. If this happens I would expect to be pushing for the top 10 in league 1 in the next 5 or 6yrs. On a sound financial footing, all this without the finances in place would be suicidal.

But then again I could be wrong.
