Well reasoned argument that one.....

From the point of view of an essay question it is a good one; being able to give some credence to an argument you find abhorrent before you destroy it with wisdom is a fair test of ability.

I think Ricco has done that too by saying it how he did on Peak

It wouldn't be the first time we'd lost out ... would it.

Thanks, they dont all have to be Discuss questions!

They could be:-

How far does Saltergate represent Chesterfield FC as a poor football Club?
To what extent is Tcham a better striker than DeBolla?
Compare the ability of Bailey and Allot.

if you are doing it solely on Chesterfield football club, then why not use something a bit different, not compare player x to player y.

Something like:-

How different would Chesterfield Football club's history been had the Johny Howard's goal been allowed at Old Trafford.

You could then go down a few alternate routes, (Ie we'd be in the same position, we'd be better off if we'd got to wembley Norton wouldn't have entertained darren Browns money, if we'd won the final we'd have been in europe and our financial footing would be secure etc....) - I don't know it's your essay.

I know our teachers at school always gave favourable marks for initiative and originality rather than a simple essay.

I have chosen my shinner idea, because although i like your idea's Sam and Danny, once i have an idea for some reason that is my only idea and i like it the most!

Probably why i hated tech when you had to design a case for something and you had to do 4 different designs but i liked my first so didnt do no more!
