Hurrah to the moderators.
Better late than never.
An enjoyable new section.
Does anybody have any tips for Glorious Goodwood this week?

Don't bet on flat racing but I imagine Mark Johnston will have some winners as he loves the course.

Silver Concorde running in the last race at Galway tonight should win.

Dermot Weld absolutely farms the Galway festival and will probably have 10+ winners over the next week. This one was one of the early favourites for the Champion Bumper before it had even ran and it's only form is decent for this level. Sadly it is odds on but, then again it should be...

I`m similar, I prefer the National Hunt season and have considerably more success in the betting shop than I do on the flat.
It looks like it should win but I wouldn`t like to risk betting on it at evens in a race with 19 other runners, those odds are far too short for my liking but if you`ve had a bet good luck, I`ll look out for the result later.

So I see, did you also see that Weld had 7 runners, 3 winners and 2 seconds after the first day?

Yeah you were right, he did do well.
Today I had small wages on Michaelangelo 2.35 Goodwood and Huntsmans close 4.15 Goodwood.
They`re both expected to go close.

Ree's Rascal e/w in the 4.50. No cash - just a sporting bet.

Theres plenty of cash to be made betting on the Games.
(maybe less si than normal being a home games) but the bookies aren't quite as clued up on certain sports as the punters.
Always do well with track & field.
(won £300 last year at World Champs. Stand to win £800+ if Perri Shakes Drayton wins a medal-bet put on in 2007)!

Top tips:-
Avoid the big names
Avoid any GB athletes
Go for easy accumulators

Nisanyabo (Burundi) e/w for W 800 ( I got her at 66/1 two weeks ago)
Steve Lewis (pole vault) my only gb exception
Blake for 100/200 double
Gebremeskel 10,000
