Hope the frost covers are ready. Looks like today is as good as it gets for a while.

Don't want any postponements at the moment. Tuesday evening looks like it's going to be rather cool at below zero around kickoff 🥶.

Well there is a Met Office weather warning for snow and ice for Derbyshire although not much is actually showing on the forecasts at the moment. Chance of precipitation during the game but not high.

Think we might be on for the lowest league crowd of the season though.

We can take an odd postponement still especially as we are out the cups.

According to the forecast for Tuesday at kickoff, it'll be one above freezing, which is slightly better than yesterday, but, not wanting to do a Michael Fish, I'll see what occurs on the day 😆.

I think you’ll be fine, I can’t see the weather being a problem.

Tuesday evening looking ok in town and you don't start seeing sleet until you reach the Barnsley area,so there shouldn't be a problem if they have the frost covers on.

Oldham already called their game off tomorrow at home to Boreham Wood due to a frozen pitch, despite them having frost covers on.

have they got an injury crisis??

Greater chance of more injuries with frozen rock hard pitch.
Might be blessing if this postponed. Also Conn Clarke could be sold. Marginal gains.

They don't play on frozen pitches these days, they're not like us silly old sods who'd play through anything from a thunderstorm to a nuclear exchange.

Next to West Brom highest ground above sea level, bet there’s no chance of it de freezing and if Borehamwood where travelling today sounds a sensible decision.
God I hate this league.

Shouldn’t be frozen rock hard….covers will be on and never gets low enough to trouble them plus above freezing from mid morning and not below again until early hours of Wednesday.

It was very cold last week against Gateshead and there were still 7000 in the ground.
