That is a huge blow, doubly so with Colclough also being injured. Hope Dobra doesn't join them.

it is a blow but both should be back v soon, one of the issues it throws up is that we then play either dobra or jacobs out on the left of the 3 and for me both these 2 are far more effective playing as the central attacking mid.

Let’s hope so. I see Dobra has to avoid two bookings in the next four games or it’s a two match ban.

Was going to say similar, its only 70 miles but its not a great journey. Got to get out of town to the M1 one way or another then the chunk of M1 between M18 and Meadowhall which is always crap then decide to go M62 or come off at Barnsley then to finish things off looks like there are multiple roadworks on the way into Halifax according to Google Maps. Saying anything from 90mins to 1hr 45 currently for the journey but at gone 5pm on a Tuesday night it could well be more. Folk not finishing work til 5pm then heading up could be cutting it fine especially with the expected fun caused by them wanting to make it cash only on the day to get in.

Worse journeys to be done but by no means an easy one midweek. Could well be easier next week getting to Barnet as you say.

Crike when I did 12seasons home and away try driving midweek to Braintree Colchester and Exeter on yer own in a chair.

Probably best if its off. Rochdale already off which could mean we could be going into Saturday a bit "leggy" if we play tonight with them being fresh. There's vacancies in March to fit it in when things should be better. And I like the sound of 17/18 points clear and a game in hand!!

Looking at the fixtures, We play Sat 16 March and Halifax play the Sunday 17th March so Tuesay 19th will be out. Do you reckon it might be Wednesday 20th? Poss 26th March so shoehorn it in. Would make it an extremely busy period.
But April looks OK to squeeze a Tuesday night in for both clubs

Same twitter account that posted the pic of their pitch yesterday later posted 19th March but as we've seen they play on Sunday 17th due to a game being moved for TV. Could mean its that week and the following night, 20th.

There is a couple of obvious weeks in March and a couple in April. There is also spare Tuesday before the Good Friday fixture.

With this early end to the season and Gateshead possibly in the Trophy it doesn’t leave much time to fit in any more fixtures lost to the weather. Best be quick off the mark as Halifax don’t have any to re-arrange other than ours at the moment.

Yet again……thank goodness we missed the last and next rounds of the FA Trophy. Moreover as we would have had to beat Barnet and then play Bromley. No need.

I would have thought Tuesday March 5th because once you start heading into Easter with Friday and Monday games I can't see either team wanting a Tuesday game then aswell . The other option could be Tuesday March 19th.

As mentioned cant be the 19th as Halifax play on the previous Sunday as the game was moved for TV. Could be Wed 20th though.
