The club still has no idea about how to maximise the fan experience and, as a result, it’s own revenue.

When I brought up the issue of chips a few years ago, I was told that we had the wrong sort of filter system fitted and it would be too expensive to change now. Then when I said about having peas with the pies I was told it would increase the service time too much

They also had a marquee at Solihull this year too. I know it was inside the ground, but there's no reason why this couldn't be done outside the ground aswell.

If they put the already existing Chester chip thing near the beer marquee, invested in a football speed radar, you could have a nice little set up. Get it in a designated area of the car park, i think you'd have increased uptake. I don't think they make the most of the Chesters chip thing outside the ground, it should have kids queuing up to have a go.

Because the point of them being sold cheap in there is to get folk in there. Putting them on sale online doesnt do that.
