What a strange and inaccurate perception.

You can’t say inaccurate when you don’t know any different.

With some of the management team I think residing in Liverpool and Ipswich, I'd have thought there'd be several occasions when Webb is in sole charge as the only local, days off being staggered between them. Eg AGM day.

He certainly can’t play as a distributing centre back like Grimes does. He looked petrified every time Boot gave him the ball, so much so that he stopped giving it to him and starting launching it long, something we haven’t done all season.
Freckleton was also directly at fault for their 2nd.

He is a much better passer through the lines than Grimes. Lots to learn about defending in this standard but the coaching staff praise his pace and distribution.

He's a good footballer but he got bullied on Monday.

L2 is full of CF's who are very physical and have that bit more pace than, for example, Quigley. I've watched Mansfield. Their success is based on the quality of their very early accurate crossing from both flanks and I suspect that the majority of L2 teams are the same. Just guessing, but it might well be that our style will put us in a very small minority being patient on the flanks rather than getting speculative early crosses in.

Well I can accurately say he was in the technical area the whole match. I will base my perception on Cooky not suffering fools glady and he wouldnt use a big wedge of his budget to employ someone who isn't contributing to his management team apart from the weekly chat with a local journo.

The throws didn't spot the 1st, it was pointed out by a mate. Afterwards watching from afar in cricketing parlance they looked like "no balls".

Going back to this. The thrower’s creep for the first goal is clearly shown on the highlights. What it doesn’t show is roughly where the ball went out, presumably further back than his starting point before he stole c.15 yards.
So, why not give the assistant referee a can of shaving cream/foot powder to mark where the thrower should take a throw if there is consistent efforts to gain extra illegal yards?

You'd probably have to explain what shaving foam was normally used for

Will reply in a couple of weeks

Maybe they will but as for now, they haven't. They haven't had any promotions for 16 years up until last season

Web wasn’t on the touch line because he’s the 4th best coach.

You’ve essentially got an assistant manager who’s been relegated to set pieces who doesn’t take any training sessions.

Webb’s basically become a PR manager for the press but if Byrne stays could see Webb going.

You really think the team don't ht ave training sessions on set pieces. Wtf?
