Wonder what S and D makes of armands brace, considering he's apparently terrible. Lol!

That's it, risk Robert's hammy chasing a point when we could have made full use of a player that's in better form!

Now gone 4-2-3-1 (you couldn't make it up).

OShea and Roberts on for Ryan and Gardner.

Still to win this season when Roberts hasn't started.

PC always said playing 442 from the start and reverting to 4231 if it doesn't go well wouldn't go down well

So he has found the solution, start 4141 and then go 4231 and it doesn't seem so bad

Gone 4-2-3-1, with Gobern and Morsy in the 2. Ryan replaced by a loanee, whilst a loanee we know all about is parked up. Mmm.

I don't think we are ever going to get any higher than League 1. I'm 38 on Friday and have spent the last 30 years or more wanting us to get above the bottom two divisions but I'm starting to come to terms with the fact that it will likely never happen, and all I have to look forward to is 40 more years of us being in the bottom half of L1 or the top half of L2. It's sickening really because Chesterfield has so much potential but it is just wasted.

Ryan did get a knock first half so maybe there is an excuse, otherwise...............

Doomsters now making their entry on the board. In a cruddy enough mood already without any further masochism. Time to be off and pray for an unlikely comeback via BBC...

Fwiw, I agree with the sentiments expressed re Cook's unnecessary tinkering, esp. leaving out Johnson. Needs to be quizzed about it and an answer extracted, mardy bottom lip out or not...

We're still in 10th place but there's a bit of a gap 4 points to Swindon.

I meant in the defensive midfield two. Unless Jimmy is injured, and it seems he maybe, you would have thought Jimmy and Sammy would have reverted to their usual positions if we are reverting to the old formation.

Fearing the worst.

Even until a week ago I had faith we could score at any time, and get a result against anybody.

This last few days has left me shaking my head, though.
