I think we’re definitely playing a more direct game tonight, get it forward quickly and put it in the box presumably.

Surprised at the number of changes but we’ve played a lot of football lately and were rather flat on Saturday. I think Cook was pretty annoyed with that performance despite his pragmatic interview.

Seriously lacking pace tonight other than Berry though.

Bizarre team selection. Let’s hope it’s an inspired bit of tinkering.

It’s not bizarre just practical with the way we play with the intensity these Sat/Tue games take there toll

Mandeville snd Coco looked knackered Saturday they need a break

Let’s face it, we have no idea how many of the changers are enforced -
Lots of games recently and lots of tired legs and probably a few injuries

Jesus there are some panic merchants on here at times. Few changes some of which folk on here have suggested could be done for various reasons and were awful all of a sudden.

Freckleton must not be fit to not be included, few other changes make sense with extra height etc and then a couple were looking a little jaded.

Well, there's a few changes and I don't think it is our strongest eleven, but I'm not chucking in the towel before we've even started (pathetic). Let's see how good the squad is.

A lot has been said about our strength in depth and ability of the whole squad rather than just our best starting eleven yet soon as cookie starts to make use of that depth the usual wrist-slitters on here go in to melt down with absolutely no idea why the changes have been made.

How about just seeing how we play and passing judgement after the game.

Do people really get off being able to say “I told you so” if we lose??

People need to remember this is a squad game.

I'm with many others here in that there are too many Doom merchants who'd actually be happier to see a Cook selection fail.

Plenty enough to win but you don’t make 6 changes without good reason. Some tired bodies and tactics specifically for the opposition I guess.

Good options on the bench of course if it goes wrong.

Has Gordon predicted a loss? Nailed on win if so as per.

Obvious as it is to say, really hope we get a good performance from Ash Palmer tonight. I don't think there's really anything between him and Williams but his mistakes have been more costly this season. He needs a solid 90 to recharge some self belief.
