Adam Virgo picked his team of the season last week in the non league paper and we only had Tom Naylor in !! He included 2 Southend and 2 Bromley if I remember correctly . He certainly doesn't like us !!

Adam Virgo must be one of the worst pundits I've listened to, even worse than Robbie Savage, and that takes some doing. His team of the year will bear no resemblance to reality so basically, I take naff all notice of the idiot. I'm sure TNT could find someone better to co-commentate, the Churchill dog for instance.

Nonsense - why wouldn’t he?
He’s one of the good guys and supporter of lower league football

Virgo has never been a big town fan writes in the non league paper too and never really has anything good to say about us and constantly tips other teams to do better and yes he does like his non league but it's all very southern based apart from his love in with Wrexham

Completely agree with this, whenever I’ve watched our games he’s commentated on or read anything he’s written he finds it incredibly hard to be complimentary to us! CPS, just because he’s complimentary towards PC doesn’t mean it’s ’nonsense’ and that he actually really likes us as a club…you do realise that those two things are not mutually inclusive???

Whatever you think of Virgo its pretty strange he's only picked one player from a team that walked the division scoring a hatful but managed to find room for two players from teams that finished well behind us including somehow fitting three strikers in but picked two that scored less than Grigg having played more games!

He was a Brighton player when they won the league ahead of us after the points deduction and double contract scandal under Darren Brown.

I do t think anything of the sort, just pointing out a possible reason why he could hate us, as some suggest.

That said, he’s was born and raised in Brighton so there is a good chance he is a fan, too.
