He sounded really rattled, perhaps he was thinking about himself?

Anyway he had a real go at the experienced players (especially those who have played at championship level)

Wholesale changes against Rotherham, oh dear! panic setting in?

Edit....

Didn't/wouldn't answer a simple question about Somma, why not?

Can he win though, if he keeps playing them after poor performances then he's not reacting to the problem, if he makes changes he's panicing. He doesn't seem the sort to panic actually and I would like to see something sorted out. If there's young guys in there learning the ropes then fine you make allowances but the experienced players should not be turning in consistently poor performances.

Tommy Lee will play against Rotherham I bet. Possibly now is the time he will bring Aaron Downes back in, especially with two games in three days and Rotherham having had a longer rest.

I cant understand why people are on crossleys back. He didnt have a chance at saving either of the goals and im 100% sure tommy wouldnt have saved either of them. Crossley looks much more assured and is constantly coaching the back 4.

At the end of the BBC interview he said "Dave's Somma just not ready and hopefully he'll train next week"

Personally I'd welcome wholesale changes for Rotherham. I think there are a number of players who deserve to be dropped. I'll start with Small and Breckin. We need a fresh (ish) start. 4 defeats in 5 and an away record which means we're on course for 16 away defeats is not promotion form.

Rubbish he was shocking yesterday his kicking his positioning, and if how he is is called coaching the back 4 then he shouldnt bother.

Thanks Rodney but not the case, I make mistakes just like Sammy did, i.e other week querying why McDermott had been called up for Ireland U17's when he was 20, not noticing the story I posted up was 3 years old ;)

I was intrigued by his 'People think they know better than me' statement. Who has he been listening to?. Whoever it is, Les is admitting that the person(s) has influenced his thinking too much.

It's a comment he's come out with often after an away defeat and soft goal being conceded
