In the singular?
It's so reassuring that there were no inland revenue or NI complications.

It is alleged that in allowing an external organisation, namely the CFC Football Development School Ltd, to pay the wages of former players Jake Orrell and Myles Wright whilst not fully recording the payments on its accounting records, the club breached FA Rule C1.
Chesterfield have until 17 May 2018 to respond to the charge.
Wor I'd like to know as a non accountant is whether the absence of one or more CFC pros from the regular CFC wages run should be picked up by the accountants/auditors?

This cretin has almost singkehandedly brought about the downfall and shame on the Club.
I see Tony Fernandes of QPR has graded himself a C+ (taking QPR from Prem mid table to 16th in Chanpionship.
Wonder if Moondog could ask Carson how he grades himself on his work at town
Hey up Moondog if someone called Carson trustworthy, honest and caring could they be sued for deformation of character?

I don’t see how the FA can sit on something they’ve known about for a while then apply a points deduction for another season. This is at least a couple of years ago now and they’ve clearly known about it for a good while.

Can’t they retrospectively run the fit and proper persons test and conclude that allen and Carson are a pair of cretins and put the club in the hands of a trust ? Wishful thinking I know

If their investigation wasn't finished until after 31st March, then points can't be deducted after that date.

As a fellow non accountant my guess is no. I would expect the club to use their bank's online software which would show the salary run as a single debit on the the bank statement.

Are you seriously trying to suggest the FA are somehow at fault?
What next - fans and former employees who did the right thing?
Here's what you should be focussing on - how many people were involved in contracts that clearly relied upon illegal behaviour and who, ultimately, appointed those people...
