I don't believe so.
Apparently there's not a lot of decent footage available.
The only one arrested so far was for an incident just before the goal.

Not that long ago, the SAG insisted recommended that we upgraded our CCTV (which we did), so I'm surprised to hear that we're struggling for decent footage.

Buried deep in the lengthy list of people and clubs in bother with the FA in October FA charges - October 2023 (thefa.com) is a charge against Oldham for failing to control its supporters at our match in August.
Oldham have denied the charge and elected to have a "paper" hearing.

Are we really struggling or is there any real will to take these things forward.
God I hate this league.

Jak Mccourt listed in there as well.

Greater Manchester Police have been given a good number of good quality photo's of offenders.
However I don't believe anyone has been named or interviewed.

This could still cost the club and their supporters dear, although I've decided not to hold my breath on this one, due to the fact I'm no Filipino pearl diver😁.

They have probably denied it saying it's our fault for not having proper security arrangements so blame Chesterfied FC. Although how you stop several hundred from running on the pitch without 10 ft chain link fencing I don't know. I hope they spend many years in this pithole league.

With the result being tainted due to the pitch invasion the point oldham accrued wrongly should be removed. That would shut their gobby fans up.

I agree and the 2 points we were robbed of by their offside goal which the referee bottled due to the Oldham fans actions should be credited to our points tally

They'll probably get a small fine and a warning, and have to use social media to ask their fans not to be naughty. Luton got a 120k fine for their fans' homophobic chanting at Brighton this season - the fact that they were the away team and had little control over their fans in someone else's stadium was taken as mitigation. A lot will depend on if Oldham have been helpful regarding identifying the culprits. Some of the Oldham lot did it again at Rochdale a month or so ago, so that might count against them if the FA think that Oldham did nothing after our game to prevent a recurrance.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

Plus all Oldham players, have to play with both legs down one leg of their shorts, for the rest of the season 😁.
