Make it the statutory £750k, like I said in another thread and they'll accept!

I wouldnt really argue with that. Good player but not indispensible imo. Mansfield have 15% (?) sell on and then its allegedly 70% to pay off debt 30% to player fund

That would be approx £100k to mansfield £200k to player fund and £450k off debt if my sums are correct* (not forgetting we paid £70k for him)
* which they aren't

Agree completely. Good business and free up funds. Not integral. Rather fight off bids for Roberts and keep Ryan

Are suggesting there isn't really a player fund?
Was it operation when we sold Cooper and Doyle?
I think I've just answered my own questions

Chesterfield have rejected bids from two clubs for Sam Clucas, one of which was from #Wigan
#spireites
Two clubs being interested makes it easier for us to drive up the price should we want to.

I will believe it when we announce the retention of Ryan and Roberts and a contract extension for Tendayi. As for Sam Morsy, I am sure he will also be sold before the season starts.

I couldn't disagree more. He's got 2 years left and he's absolutely integral - I think he's played every match he has been available for. He is a Championship player with Championship skills. There is no way we should sell to a L1 team, and especially to rich smart asses who think they can take advantage, like we did to our neighbours. £1.5m minimum.
