Olgham sack Dino Maamria with Harry Kewell rumoured to be lined up to replace him.

Another club that gets a kick out of sacking managers with most lucky to see the season out and there replacements are either failed out of work managers or young managers with no previous experience. Harry kewell has now got the job

Never quite understood the glamour of some clubs for Kewell to manage

Probable opponents Macc have appointing Tim Flowers. Good move for them if not for him. Danny Whitaker one of his assistants.
These go to eleven.

That'll go well, he was hopeless at Oldham. And owners as manager has never worked.

Now short priced favourite with Warren Joyce for the Salford job.

Surely it'd have to be big money for Cookie to drop that low?

It doesn't really make much sense. He left a much better job at a much better club in Wigan in the league above Salford.

I'd seen reports of Roy Keane being linked with that job which could have been fun. Not surprised they are keen on Cook if correct, track record with us and Portsmouth of getting promotion out of the division. They were paying Rooney a good whack in the Conference so paying Cook enough to drop down might not be an issue for them. If he is keen to get back into a job asap not sure what other options are available currently....Barnsley?

Barnsley seem keen on continuing to employ foreign managers with their short list consisting of Valerie Ismael, Alexander Zorniger and hannes Wolf according to Skybet.
