Does the simple things well but looks well sharp of fitness. The one bit in the second half where he was out sprinted by their number 8 (I think) shows he isn’t quite up to match speed yet.

He needs someone quicker than Banks playing next to him, that seemed to be where some of our defensive issues came from. Between them they couldn't cover much ground quick enough.

Yes, just about to post something similar, one must assume he can’t run any faster than he did yesterday.

When we break quickly the gap from the front men to naylor and banks is huge, we need someone capable of filling that gap quickly, as sometimes there was nobody there just to lay it back too, so had to slow play down and wait for them..

Wasn’t up to the standard of Jones yesterday. Some poor touches and out sprinted by no.8!! Maybe he’ll improve.

Banks again guilty of playing passes to imaginary players and slowing the game down.

I thought he played very well yesterday and played some good forward balls and pushed on himself a bit. Jones holds the ball well but seems too negative for me.

Spot on Mark. I like Jones but Naylor is a step up. What impressed me was that he can get forward as well.

Half the time he seemed surprised to get the chances he was presented with,and put his all in to his game.

First game I’ve seen as PSF bore me a bit but I was disappointed with Naylor. From the pedigree I expected a much more dominant performance.
He and Banks were slow and both seemed to play on their heels, I think Dorking clocked this early on and put a lot of pressure on them, which led to a lot of misplaced / over hit passes.
It’s early days admittedly but we would have been absolutely no worse off yesterday if we’d played Jones and Oldaker from the start.

I agree, I was surprised how slow he is, plus he lost the ball a couple of times in dangerous situations, first game though, so hopefully he will get better.

He's nailed on as started, his career suggests he's better than all of the other 3. It'll be up to them to dislodge him.
