Interesting summer.. Eubank Snr prices Jr out of a fight with GGG (https://www.youtube....bed/5AuMgE6Y7oI) & in steps Kell Brook.

Up two weight classes like Khan, only difference is Brook is a huge Welter. Really should be light middleweight in my opinion so technically would only be going up 1 weight class. IBF title on the line too meaning there is no massive weight jumps as they have a check weight in place on the morning of fight day. A massive, massive ask for Brook! What's the saying? To be the man, you've gotta beat the man! (Although he won't, he'll lose in a valiant effort! Love to be wrong though!)

I know a lot of folk don't like EH, probably due to his dad, but I always thought he did deals with his fighters best interests at heart, IE a win for them is beneficial to all of us, but after his comments on AK stepping up in weight to fight Canelo I can't believe he's made a similar mistake with Brook. Saying that I think Brook has far more of a chance with GGG than AK did with Canelo.

Im not sure whats going to happen , ggg is still a bit of an unknown quantity. My first impression was that brook struggles with weight and is looking for a pension fund he will get 5 million for this fight. One things for sure if brook does well no welterweight will fight him.

I've been watching quite a lot of footage regarding the upcoming fight today, and I'm actually surprised st the lack of quality in both GGGs opponents and work. Also watching Brook at work and his obvious struggles to make welterweight. I've changed my mind..Brook will win this, and I'm going to make money on it..started with my £5 free Skybet this week on Brook at 9/2. The first of many bets in the run up to the fight.

£230 cheapest tickets available, factoring in London prices too and hotels it'd be an expensive weekend. Decided against it and gone for Crolla/Linares tickets at £80

Galal Yafai is a big 18/1 to win gold at Rio2016. Some in the boxing world reckon he's got the ability to be better than both current Yafai brothers who are current pros. Bit of a tip if you've got a spare fiver in the betting accounts!

Edit.. SkyBet have him at 20/1 which is huge. Paddy Barnes is the clear favourite but maybe an e/w bet. Sharing some knowledge people!

Just seen that Jim Watt is retiring as a pundit and co commentator at Sky sports, Thank the Lord for that, he was absolutely useless why ever he was employed by Sky for so long is beyond me.

Controversy, he got people talking because he had the ability to stir the pot. Made an absolute fortune out of not really giving credit where it's due. A lot of folk championing for Macklin to get the gig, really well respected and talks very well about the sport. Just not sure he'd had the time with the gyms he owns & fighters he manages.

Very unfortunate Galal Yafai, lost a split decision to the world champion & number 1 seed who's a very tricky Cuban. Two best fighters in the division, deserved really to be a semi final or final bout.

Really rate Gamal and Kal very highly. Kal will be world champion before we see in 2017.

If the youngest sibling is as reported the most talented of the 3, then Birmingham has some exciting nights ahead.

Much like the Smith brothers, with Mundo destined to be world champion, isn't it weird that the youngest turn out the best! I suppose all the knowledge gets passed down by the older brothers.

Happy to see the back of Jim Watt, and think Macklin would make a great replacement. The likes of Jamie Moore,Paul Smith or Froch also speak very well. Wouldn't mind any of those beside Nick Halling.

Anyone think its worth having a bit on Brook? Looks like he is fighting at a much more natural weight this time round and could certainly be a lot closer than his odds (5/1) suggest.

I hope he doesn't because I'm far from his biggest fan but if he did a tenner @ 5/1 would soften the blow.

Certainly very interesting is GGG's all round demeanour at the press conference & weigh in. Rumours of a cold & a late beginning training camp not taken very serious. Doesn't look or seem anywhere near the physical levels he has been at previously. Time will tell..

I've been backing Brook for a while, still a very generous 10/1 on Skybet to stop GGG.
