As it stands, it looks like more folk will have come to our kit launch than the Halifax/Oldham game.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

Oldham fans seem to think only a 100 or so will attend and the 2,000 tickets they originally sold will all be refunded?

There is a lot of nonsense talked. If results go their way I reckon there will be plenty turning up

This is Karma for Halifax and Oldham. Halifax made us play on a quagmire which saw season ending injuries to Grigg and Colclough. Oldhams fans behaviour means not many clubs were prepared to host them. Now Oldham and Halifax playing at the SMH is now hopefully contributing to some additional unplanned income which we can use towards team building for next season

I would have thought Leigh Sports Village would have been an ideal venue.

I can’t see it generating a huge income?

It’ll probably fund a players wages for a month tops!

What a bizare season. Suprised halifax aint playing home games somewhere nearer like bradford and would rochdale not have been more appropriate for the oldham v halifax game, its sure been a strange season and if it finished just a week later it would save alot of hassle for clubs like gateshead playing 3 times in 6 days

I would imagine options closer refused to stage it as they didn’t want their pitch being used at a critical time of the season or they simply couldn’t for whatever reason.

So CFC strongly objected to the enforced change of date for the gateshead game due to gatesheads next game, if played on a Thursday would have been to close to the ridiculous early kick offs on saturday. So we have to accept their decision with grace with them playng the "integrity of the competition card". Then f... me the complete farce of the oldham fixture which no one understandably wanted to host for obvious reasons ends up at our gaff on Thursday night a night which was taboo according to the brain(s) trust at NL HQ. What a complete set of hypocrites (Boris step aside)

And then to rub salt into the wounds the powers that be having not taken any action on oldham following their fans behavior at ours, thus not deterring themn from doing similar at Rochdale start crapping themselves as to what may happen next resulting in town fans being restricted at boundary park and now town fans not being aloud into our own gaff to accommodate a set of knuckledraggering tw@s.

Is anyone capable of doing a comparison of the word integrity as betwean the normal version and the NL version?

Pretty hard to disagree with any of that!

I wonder if our NL Board member facilitated this arrangement?

As an aside, we have surely put a lot of thought into segregation. Who gets the West stand? Is CFC honouring Halifax hospitality arrangements? I suggest a battalion of Gurkhas might provide the best security.

Depends how many tickets Oldham have got. I'd have guessed they'd have more than the capacity of the East.

Tickets are on sale at Oldham for the revised fixture.
Also a lot of chatter about refunds on their message board.
I imagine a lot depends on Halifax result Tues night.

Re segregation.
I would give Oldham the North stand and part of east if necessary.Parking their coaches adjacent.
Then give Halifax the South which will be far more than they need.
Surely we dont do hospitality as their woould not be the numbers.
