How do you put screen shots on here from mobiles?

I've won a 16/1er but only 3 quid stake sadly.

Underneath the add reply button is a dark blue strip, on it there is full version, click on it, takes you to desk top version. Once I've put a picture/screenshot on, I restart mobile/tablet and get mobile version back straight away
