I can't believe it!!!!!!!! A few weeks before the season and there seems to be an undercurrent of discontent for certain quarters with the way things are shaping up for us.
Signings:- lack of. experience of, wrong type, ect
BH:- everything he says or does
Rico:- as above
Give me strenghth!
At least let the turnstiles open before letting rip.
Its a good job that Forest did'nt thump us. (I dread to think what would have been said)

 Where have been for the last few seasons? The perpetual struggle for survival, poor signings, performances, tactics, general inept management------the list is endless.Who can blame the people who Really Care[because thats who they are] for being sceptical?Hopefully the manager who nobody wanted will prove his worth and we will have a successful season for a change.

Think it's wise and healthy to have a dose of scepticism there ... at the end of the day there are many lose ends still untied, still many things we'd like to see differently ... I think what people take issue with is when everything's always seen as negative, for example, the comment ... the manager who nobody wanted ... everyone knows Rico wasn't a popular choice, Rico knows it too I'm sure ... but he's trying to turn things around, he's come across well in the media, and he seems to be signing players who can do a job for us. That should deserve some level of credit, but instead it's continual negativity, and that becomes grating after a while.

 Agree! But when we have been fed with drivel of excuses regarding not being able to get a striker last season, the "new ground",struggling with budget to bring in a quality midfielders-------a bit of negativity is bound to creep in.But hey-ho nothing that a run of good results wont put right!

Yeah ... absolutely ... but most of that could be directed at the board rather than Rico. I think, in a difficult situation Rico's done amazing to bring in the guys he has ... I think he wants to reform the midfield too, but I'm guessing that he's been done by the 'will it or won't it' happen nature of the investment ... I honestly believe Rico thought there'd be more cash available and, to me, it smacks of someone saying ... sorry Rico, there ain't anymore cash, you're gonna have to make do! I find it hard to hear folks criticizing him then, esp when they say 'can he not see' ... of course he flamin well can, he's an ex-midfielder, so should be able to spot weaknesses there!!

:D Too true, thats why after signing some short term "mature" players in the defence and attacking areas many expected someting similar in midfield to galvanise the team together.Ricos gone for younger blood in the signing of Winter so lets hope its a case of old head on young shoulders!
