Possible team on Saturday:

Jordon 21

Maloney 19

Kovacs 22

Downes 22

Picken 22

Kerry 20

Niven 24

Leven 24

Ward 21

Lester 32

Fletcher 35

Average 23.8

Take out Fletcher and put in the New Guy From Sunderland age 19

Average 22.36

Average age of the defence inc goalkeeper 21.2
Midfield 22.25
Attack 33.5

Some would say this is one of the reasons why we are "in a bit of a slump"!!!!

It is obvious that experienced players cost more to bring in than yound loanees from Sunderland and Sheff utd. It will be interesting to see if they no how to pass to a blue shirt given that they are all used to playing in Brentford colours of Red and white stripes!!!!

Hopefully Ricco will be on the ball and tell em before they go out!!!

What, to replace an injured payer with one who isn't? Good God - he's got to go.

Assuming that Lester is actually injured and not being left out (along with Leven) because of the flare up with Rico

The latest interview transcription (here we go again) lists only Robertson among the injured. I expect Lester to play. Humouring the rumour-mongers for a moment, if there was any bust-up that saw a player lamp the manager, and if that was serious enough to have cost a player his place, I can't grasp why we'd drop him, but continue to employ him. We'd have sacked him for misconduct too, surely? No sacking, ergo, no bust-up.

Glad you mentioned the interview Stu! Play offs / 3rd spot, is the air a little thin in the corridors of Saltergate?

No but the air on here would be blue if he didn't still have some aspiration for this season.

Lester and the new lad for me to start up front. Anyone recommend a decent Manchester boozer to sit and watch Soccer Saturday tomorrow afternoon?

I dont believe there was any fisticuffs, just verbals, but consider this .... if the club did end Jack's contract early (by sacking him) it wouldn't be able to get a fee for him and would be open to a claim for compensation.
