Back to the topic though. If YOU were JL, would you be impressed with the formation and selection at grimsby, and the lone striker role?

Would you be starting to question the managers abilities based on such selections?

I've witnessed plenty of slanging matches between players and managers and been involved in some myself. In my experience it never stopped any of us getting out on the pitch and doing our outmost to win a game.

Get real - there's bound to be a high degree of frustration amongst everyone at the moment - just as we know they're under-performing don't you think they'll know just as well? People with pride will let rip - players and managers alike.

I wasn't disputing that fact. I was simply trying to add a balanced perspective to the 'Lester rumour'. Which is all it is (A RUMOUR), yet some on here take it as gospel.

Rumours of bust-ups are as certain as night follows day when fans get frustrated with a manager. For those who take an interest in these things it's a sub-species of the "losing the dressing room" rumour, which drifted onto here a week or so ago, and surprisingly sank without trace. Perhaps we're all getting a little older and wiser.

I'm not saying its hunkey dorey, i want Rico out no doubt about it. But i thought it was unfair to label a member with patronizing anti-positive mockery, when he was only saying that there may be a different side to the story. So I did the basically the same thing, and other members of the board huff and puff in disbelief.

According to the rumour Leven backed up Jack during the incident and said he would be on his way at the end of the season. Jack is said to have had a dig at Rico over not keeping Bastians.

Well we pretty much know both players are very likely to be on there way at the end of the season whether we get promoted or not. We are very lucky/fortuante to have both players in the first place.
