This link has everything to do with that it is about the development centre?
It covers the younger child's PPP (Development) and the scholars development matches AND the international academy players and matches, and is everything to do with the 'village' (players digs) and the centre run by LS.
As the International players live at the village.
The list of teams are all run by Sutcliffe.
It covers all those teams of which Sutcliffe runs!

which link ?

The link that was posted above

http://cfcfds.co.uk/

This site is about the development centre, the PPP and the international academy all of which are run by LS.

All it states on Sutcliffe's LinkedIn page is "some F.A and EUFA qualifications".

Does it actually say 'EUFA qualifications'?

Perhaps FIFA would be more appropriate...

My mistake should be UEFA.

So, what status or qualifications or arrangements have the Directors achieved in order to run BTEC courses and draw down funds from the Education system?. Are they subject to Ofsted inspections?.

The Directors need no qualifications but the tutors delivering the course do. Those that underwrite the courses check this out although Ofsted is the bottom line.

When the Trust ran a similar course I led some classes but always had a qualified tutor with me.

I note someone suggested that High Court Sheriffs do not leave without being paid. From local evidence I understand this is not always true.

Come on Pete unless you are involved with this the evidence is overwhelming! Turn the blinkers off. Nobody argues you don't love the club but please don't let Turnip and co drag you down with them! Unless you know something that can clear them? Think your clutching at straws again!!

Probably mate.

My guess is it was taken off while the mods reviewed and removed any post that was regarded as potentially imflammatory or perhaps libellous?

Not the first time it's happened.

At least the thread has not been locked.

Chesterfield FC development Ltd are NOT a not for profit organisation. They can say they are until the cows come home but on the companies house site, they have no charity number or anything to prove that's the case.
You will also never see any transactions between the main club and the development centre.
They may waste a hell of a lot of money, but they aren't daft.

No it wouldn't. They can hide what they wish and they are doing.

To be honest the "not for profit" statement is certainly contradictory to what CT said on Saturday.

I was asked by a good friend Roy Frisby to join the Fans Forum the other week. I didn't respond sorry Roy but basically couldn't be bothered to be fobbed off and economically be truthed to again after dealing with Norton lea and Barry Hubbard. I'm a town fan and always will be through thick and thin. If this board is now censored it's a disgrace. Hopefully Paul and the fantastic Bridge support will withdraw their support immediately.

Where would that leave us though ? If the board was closed down how would genuine town fans be able to express their thoughts on what's happening at the club?

An independent forum could easily be set up.
There's forums for everything out there

This should be independent though. It has no connection to the club bar its name.
