Has anyone bought the new CD 'x and y'? If so, does the middle page of the cover mean anything? Should it read something? Just wondered if it was me?

Thought that was Radiohead who referred to how awful life is and cr*p like that :o
Personally I'm not a big Coldplay fan...all their songs sound the same and theres only one that I can truly say I like (Clocks, possibly not because of the song but the incident
in which I heard it)

appologies to all die hard Coldplay & Mr. Gwyneth Paltrow fans. It's just me kneeling at the Holy cow.
This is my truth........ now tell me yours.

What's the new album like, Loz? Was thinking of getting it, but I think I'm going to buy their second album first, I've been meaning to get it for about a year now lol.

Well if you like Coldplay you'll love it! There's some really good songs on it. If you go to Tesco's and buy their new cd you get 3pounds off any other that's in the charts. So I took advantage, as you do!

Track 13 is called 'Kingdom Come', so my MP3 player tells me.

I haven't got Broadband yet so i simply haven't got into the habit of buying music online. The software that came with the player takes me to Sony's site which flogs music and that seemed pretty expensive, having looked at Fish's site it definitely is!

Favourite track is 'Talk' up to now.

To turn this thread around a bit, what are your top 5 non-mainstream albums (ie ones that never caught on with others)

Mine are:-
