Hi Nigel , I am one of the 6 helping to carry Mick's Coffin tomorrow and when I spoke with Linda she stated that there wasn't going to be a strict formal dress code and that people attending could if they wanted wear their Chesterfield shirts. Hope this helps.
Regards
Kevin

Thanks Kevin.
I've known Mick since 1967.
The day we started at William Rhodes together .
We became the best of mates.
I am proud to have known Mick, a better person there couldn't have been.
Even to the last always the same smile and looking on the bright side.
RIP my dear friend.
Regards.
Nigel.

!00% agreed.
These days without purchasing the Derbyshire Times, etc it would be easy to perhaps miss the sad passing of long standing fans.
Mick was a friend for 57 years.
John since the early seventies through my friendship to his brother Eric.
As was previously said the attendance at the crematorium yesterday showed the high regard and respect for Mick.
I will miss our chats and his infectious smile.
RIP Mick and John.

Agreed Lee, excellent turnout along with the wake.
RIP Mick, just a shame that Mick along with a number of other Spireites won't be here to see CFC back in the EFL.
