H.m.r.c. Scam

There is a new scam just starting to do the rounds which I think people need to be aware of.
If you know of it please ignore this message but if not please pass on to your contact.
What happens is that a women with a posh voice calls to say that H.M.R.C. have been trying to contact you all day regarding a legal case they have against you & for further information please press button 1, if you do this it takes you through to a premium overseas number that rattles up the costs in no time.
If H.M.R.C. need to contact you they will write first with any request or information they require.
If you know of it please ignore this message but if not please pass on to your contact.

Jesus H Christ. If someone thinks you can pay your tax debts off with iTunes vouchers they deserve rinsing in all honesty.

There are lots of texts and email scams at present pretending to come from HMRC ,offering a tax rebate if you provide your bank details.HMRC will never text or email you for information.If in any doubt just ring them.
