Guess?

Why wouldn't it? They'll snap your hand off for US$, the same as they do in all but one country around the world.

Euro is $1.12 today.

Get a travelex card from the airport and load them on with the desk over the counter to withdraw in EURO. We do it regular to avoid bank charges and poor exchange rates.

Dead simple, if you don't need the cash here take the dollars with you and change them there. If you're desperate I'm sure someone would give you €200 for them.
If you do what you always do, you'll get what you always get.

They would, that's what I'll do, it's a bit remote up in the mountains but I'm sure I'll find somewhere with an exchange.
