Fellow SPIRITES, great news for the SPIRITES return to the EFL!
My good friend, Astra, the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES, is currently preparing tinctures of Mullein, Coltsfoot and English Lavender that the club have agreed to apply to the soles of the feet of the team chosen for the first match at the SIM stadium.
In addition the Shuttlewood Stilt Dancers have returned from their sell out World Tour and are rehearsing new INCA ceremonial dances fot SPIRITE Dawn Gatherings.
I will be spending the next few weeks in an immersion tank, at the 5 star Grassmoor Nidra Yoga Ashram, to realign my chakras ready for the SPIRITES new season.

In the meantime an updated version of her award winning pamphlet, LOTIONS and POTIONS for PROMOTION, is now being printed.
Also, a big thank you to all SPIRITES who greeted her appearance on the Town Hall balcony with an ear shattering rendition of the legendary SPIRITE chant of AUM RESHNI CHAAT, the love and cosmic vibrations were felt as far away as MANSFIELD!
So fellow SPIRITES, let the love of the universe guide us next season.

Fellow SPIRITES, GREAT NEWS!!
My good friend, Astra, the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES, has been in touch with the new owners of the SPIRITES, the Kirkham brothers, and has obtained permission for a special ON THE PITCH celebration after the game on Saturday.
They kindly thanked her for all she had done for the SPIRITES and told her they each had a copy of her best selling pamphlet, LOTIONS and POTIONS for PROMOTION, and had used many of the recipes and formulas throughout the season.
As a measure of their gratitude a hour long YOGA NIDRA session will be held after the blowing of the final whistle.
So, fellow SPIRITES, please bring a yoga mat to the game, lay it on the pitch, facing North of course and lie back and join the greatest commemoration of the SPIRITES promotion.

It was great to be among so many SPIRITES at the kit launch for next season.
My good friend Astra, the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES had been the senior consultant on the away kit and designed it so that it would harness the maximum Cosmic Energy and, therefore maintain the highest level of POSITIVITY for the SPIRITES.
What was most touching was when the whole team and staff led the crowd in a spine tingling rendition of the legendary SPIRITE chant of AUM RESHNI CHAT, followed by SPIRITES manager Phil Cooke thanking my good friend Astra, the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES for her best selling pamphlet of Lotions and Potions for Promotion and said he intended to use all of the recipes throughout next season.
So fellow SPIRITES it looks as if the forces of the Universe will be with the SPIRITES once again.

I understand that fellow SPIRITES will be feeling down after last nights loss to Halifax United.
However, my good friend Astra, the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES has consulted the Astral Plane and discovered 2 reasons for the defeat -
1. The state of the pitch allowed negative energy via the Calder Valley Ley Line to emenate, and, enter the SPIRITES
2. The Halifax Ultras had hired the services of a unprincipled mercenary SHAMANIC DRUMMER to perform. As all SPIRITES will know, SHAMANIC DRUMMING induces a state of relaxation, this affected the SPIRITES and prevented their usual energetic game.
But, as previously posted, Saturday brings the EQUINOX and the longer days, this will ensure that the Energy of the Cosmos and POSITIVITY engulf the SIM Stadium and ensure victory and promotion for the SPIRITES.
So, good SPIRITES let the legendary chant of AUM RESHNI CHAAT echo all day Saturday.
