Of the two I prefer Mark, although judging by results he doesn't appear to have improved the Barnsley goalkeepers very much.

For whats its worth i thought Tommy actually came on a lot dealing with crosses under Crossley.

You can only work with what you have got.I thought Tommy improved during Norms tenure but he isn't the tallest goalie around and his judgement when coming for crosses will always be in question.
