For me, the next two signings could be critical to our season so no point in rushing them. If he chooses to see how things go with what we already have I don't blame him. But, if he can pull off a couple of Ioan deals such as the lad from Liverpool to strengthen the defence and something similar up front then brilliant.

After yesterday he might find himself playing the next league game.

Paul McGinn is well thought-of at Hibs. They switch between 5-3-2 and 4-4-2 during matches and his versatility fits the system well.

Also, as someone pointed out, Mrs McGinn has produced more first-team players for Hibs than has their academy.

In October 2013, McFadzean sneezed outside of a nightclub in Sheffield and accidentally broke a woman’s nose, hip and her back. All was forgiven when he paid for her kebab and taxi to A&E.

This resulted in McFadzean being awarded an MBE and later, a transfer to Sunderland. He is currently seeking his old friend to live with, a small man with a beard who is flat sharing with another friend.
