this has gone too far now, lets have a date so we can vote on any proposals, assuming that we only have one. Then I can cancel my membership and get on with just watching The Blues.

Thank You

I would wonder how many more will do the same!!!!

A date, a venue and an agenda have been set. The paperwork is being printed and mailings might go out tomorrow. There will be an announcement making the details public at that point.

If a "significant" change is proposed then it will mean a postal ballot of members.

At last!! Care to enlighten us, Pete, on why there's been such an enormous time lag between the ultimatum proposals being put to CFSS and the announcement being made..?

Without checking the dates, we had an extraordinary meeting a week after the proposal to check opinions after consideration. At the normal November meeting a list of questions and clarification points was drawn up. The answers to these came too late to call an other extraordinary meeting before the December meeting, although there were some informal meetings as one of the points led to a misunderstanding (my view- or perhaps my misunderstanding). The December meeting drew up all the paper work and set the dates for the AGM etc. There was then a further extraordinary meeting to check the documents and confirm arrangements. Through out there have been one-to-one discussions between members of both Boards as well as discussion through our email "group".

The decision needs to be taken before the CFC AGM; it is better to make the right decision rather than rush into anything.

CFSS rush? If you went any slower you would totally grind to a halt, you have lost the war through your inactivity in trying to find investment, your reign is over and the quicker the last rites are read the better, you have given us no other option other than Ma Hubbard, a shame really
