Not really mate if we are all honest we knew this was coming for weeks if not months, today saw an encouraging performance from us,Bradford were poor as have a lot more teams this season and our inability to score and get in another proven goal scorer has cost us our league one place, season over for me i am giving Oldham a miss.

Hopefully we will bounce back just need to clear out a few in the summer and hopefully gain some decent replacements, as well as making sure we don't lose a certain few like Ward and especially Downes.

I don't feel that bad to be honest, we fought hard and won in style against a Bradford side who have tumbled down the leagues in recent years, to say they had a very experienced defence they looked absolutely clueless. If next season we play with the amount of passion and confidence as we did today we will do well.

I've felt a lot worse this season when we've played games against totally off form sides and lost. Relegation has looked a certainty for weeks now, i've been prepared for it.

At least we have done our best today to show people it can be done.

What for......helping to send us down?

Theres only a handful of players that could claim to have had a half-decent season, the rest can go and waste some other teams wages.

Some of the players have looked slightly better under Rico than under Roy, they have shown more confidence for starters. Fair enough they have contracts to play for but some of our players have the ability to improve, many of our players have played badly when they should have been rested. Allott looked a lot better today i thought, he alomst scored twice infact!

Which lads u proud of?

the players that have got us into this mess?

the cfss who had a permanent breather?

the so called CFC fans that got on the back of Caleb and Kev Hurst week in week out?

Barrie Hubbard?, Roy mcfarland?

The vast amount of lads from Chesterfield that proudly wear Blades/ Owls shirts?

I'm proud of Downes, Lowry, Ward and Chief mainly, Downes has progressed since his arrival, but even he makes at least one mistake a game still. Ward looks like a quality player for next season and Chief has contributed loads this season, but ages is against him. Other players have had good games but they are not consistant enough, Niven and Allott are the ones that instantly spring to mind.

I'm not proud of all the players for all their performances during the course of the season, but i am proud that we went out today and beat a side in the same position as us and won the game convincingly.

Although there was an air of inevitability about what happened today, it still hurts when you face the actual reality.
A very sad day, I am absolutely gutted.

Was wierd at final whistle, a good performance but relegated. Fair play to the team today though, went at Bradford and did there bit, too late though.

It is saddening that we have gone down after a really good performance but its certainly not the end of this world.

Despite being relegated, its about sadness but not moan because we put up a really good performance today and next season is a new one. Hopefuly we'll have a few changes made and make a good attempt at going up, ah we might even be at Wembley if we have to go through the Play Offs.
