It was Cook’s laughing reply to the question of who trains best and worst when asked at the recent crowd funding launch. He said that Colclough was the worst and Dobra was amongst a group including Banks, Mandeville, Naylor, Jacobs, Jones, Grimes and Palmer who were outstanding but that the whole squad were brilliant.

I wasn’t there, and I saw it on one of Webb’s you tube interviews. Can’t find it atm.

You can see Dobra is fighting for the team, by the effort he puts in tracking back. A great talent, but needs to learn when to release the ball, which I think he will eventually. I certainly wouldn't want to be defending against him for a full 90 minutes.

Defending against Dobra this season hasn’t been difficult, he runs at a defender and then stops, turns around, looses the ball then jumps on the floor.

Potentially a very good player, but lack of end product means he'll never be guaranteed a start in this side. By the time he realises Grigg has made a run he's surrounded and crowded out.

Davies was a right footer playing on the left so cutting inside to his strongest foot. Dobra is a right footer, playing on the right and cutting in will leave the shot on his weak foot

This is all pretty simple.

Dobra was a revelation last season, head and shoulders above most the division.

Well, in football terms, anyway.

However not only has he been worked out - too much head down and running into blind alleys - but we've better quality around him.

That's why he's no longer a must for ninety minutes.

He doesn't wanna commit to Town? Okay, fair enough. Yet I don't see a queue of better clubs for his signature...

Totally agree. Certainly not bigger than this team. He goes, he goes. If the aim is L1 he’s not good enough.

You could see how much the team the result and the fans meant to him today at the end of the match. He was on the pitch celebrating with them and acknowledging the fans. I believe he belongs with this club for the immediate future at least. His commitment is certainly there and he plays with his heart on his sleeve for this club. Cant fault him on that.
