Positives!!
Banks...great performance
Novak....absolute class
John...great acquisition & will fit in very well
Ariyibi ....They absolute shiz themselves when he had the ball, get consistency into his game & our next big money player
Conor D...good performance & definite potential
Anderson...solid, solid defender & need him for the season
Hird....typifies what a captains role should be, love this bloke

Slight negative!!
Poor first half from Talbot with his lack of pace & positioning exposed..better second half

Negatives!!!
Mani!!! WTF?? No desire, no application...Novak giving him the biggest rollicking typified that...needs loaning out.
CFC...this was a game where the attendance wasn't going to be the best...why oh why, don't they have the foresight to do kids promotions for these games & fill the ground more??

Great solid result today though...got to say Ariyibi for the second was class & Conor D for the third was very Morsyesque

Thought the attendance was good considering Crewe's pathetic following

Good win, onwards and upwards (hopefully)

Fair summary but O'Shea was a negative too. Appalling performance which is a shame cos as I've said plenty of times, I rate him.

Agree with everything apart from the attendance bit , don't think we can grumble with just over 6000 there considering the season we are having. Plus they did do a ticket offer today didn't they?

Think we lost our shape when O'Shea came on, Herd had actually started well and wasn't controlling it 10 yards for a change

Banks & Dimaio's respetive performances very encouraging. Hird solid as ever. Even Foodbanks scored! I think Danny wanted to give Mani a bit of confidence, not happening I'm afraid. He really looks out of his depth.

A win against Blackpool would relieve a lot of the nerves and tension and allow us to breathe a little easier. A good performance against a poor side today.

There was a kids promotion today, my mate who is far from being a regular took his son.

I said the attendance wouldn't be over 6200.

I was wrong by about 64.

I hope Burnley go up and we can sign Anderson for peanuts, just the sort of potential we need to develop as we did with cooper. Very comfortable and some much needed height in the side.

Run me through them, I honestly can't remember the vital saves. I must have been that fixed on us winning, well it's been a while.

Let's be honest, it's not been a bad week?

4 from 6 - I'll take that, and I'll take that moving forward.

Keep everyone fit, and I'm sure we will be ok. If we fight trying, that's all that matters.

First half close range header. Second half low down when they broke.

Mi remember, take these saves for granted now from T.

He's the best GK I've seen in my 27 years. Other favourites, Mercer and pollitt.

Great keeper I know but IMO not anywhere as good as the two you mention.

Anyone else spot how disappointed Anderson was with goal we conceded, he was furious! That shows that he wants to be here and do well for us.

That and he could've cleared it off the line, think that peed him off that he missed it.

Solid defender but tends to sit back behind the other defenders a yard or two playing opponents onside. A clever forward would notice and play on it. A few of times that happened today and had to be reminded by Hird. Also a bit of panic at times and hoofed it when the easy pass was on. But I'm being a little over critical here. Good solid no nonsense defender.
