I see Sean is being interviewed for FF today, again explaining some of his philosophies. The excerpt shown to date sees him explain that when he played, being shouted at didn't do it for him, he believes every player should be treated with respect. No need to shout and bawl, (except in rare circumstances). I am sure there will be more examples of his modern approach to being a manager today.

SD appears to be amongst a new breed of more intelligent and deeper thinking English managers, and I have no doubt that Jack is from the same mould.
