Nice pay off and probably back at Barnet before you know it...

Its kind of the only thing that makes any real sense considering that, even if short on quality, his teams have rarely been short of effort and organisation. We look absolutely bereft and im starting to wonder if its intentional. Im sure im wrong but christ on a bike this is bad.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

The thought had certainly crossed my mind. We will be known throughout football as a shambolic club that give payoffs out left right and centre. Cash cow.

Its an interesting theory and looking at the evidence plausible (In a conspiracy theory type of world)

Its the only job you can completely muck up and get paid for.

DA did have previous at Wednedsday on the hire em fire em routine, MA may have followed DA's football owner career taken note and headed North for one easy pay day.

Told the Missus to leave the boxes packed and only take a short rental agreement ......

Once upon a time I would have been rolling on the floor in fits of laughter at such a suggestion. Now I'm just sat at a laptop thinking, he wouldn't be the first one to try it. How far my faith in the people who work within football has fallen is very scary

I find it reassuring though to contemplate that, for the rest of their lives, it's impossible for Allen and Carson to try to deny it. Their reputations are blown to bugggery, even in Sheffield.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I think Carson, especially, is paranoid about it.

Strange suggestion to my mind. Failing dismally at CFC would look great on his cv. Ask GC what he is up to now.

too many words in that question, more like "do they strike you as people?" or "do they strike you as people who think?"

Martin Allen is 53, has managed over 500 games and has probably comfortably got enough money and assets to retire without a care in the world. A nice £100k payoff from us would top that up nicely.

It seems more likely that he's creating excellent copy for his Daily Mail (ptaaaah!) column. If we'd won eleven and drawn one and the rest of the league were trembling, what would he have to say that didn't amount to boasting? This way he can crucify us, roll away the stone, resurrect us as if by magic and fail to win the league in a tragic photo finish, so exciting several fans are hospitalised.

He's got a column, a book, a film - SeaBiscuitplus. No hopers become heroes - The Mighty Ducks. It's like Bodyguard, you've got to see how the plot unfolds. Or you might say it's like Bodyguard - turns out she really is dead.

More likely players who don't give a damn how many have we had or seen elsewhere. They are on good money and move around or just sulk and still get paid ?

I think I asked that very question a few weeks ago.
