I think Miguel Freckleton is a distinct possibility as he fits the criteria of being an “under 21” player for the EFL 2024/25 season and, as such, can be in addition to a squad of 22 outfield players.
We might add one or two more that fit that criteria too.

If he was not registered in the senior squad but registered as an u23. He can play for both the parent u23/u21 etc and his loanee club simultaneously.
