Pete brought the trophy over yesterday to me in Sheffield hospital,very much appreciated,it looks good ,cheered me up,hope to be back god knows when,not ruled a bed appearance just to get me to the last game .

Great gesture by Pete and the club and I really hope it has lifted your spirits Dave.
There is a downside of all this publicity though mate. It will have alerted those Hereford Hells Angels as to where to find you now. They've been looking for you since late April 1974 lol.
I know you like visitors when you're in hospital but let us hope they don't come and pay you a visit. We had enough of them back in 74 didn't we mate? :lol:

Warfey always liked the Hells Angels especially the female ones...... Bournemouth on the way back at the services springs to mind. Good old Dave
