The way we play it’s likely more of the goals will from those behind him.

Now, now. Don't come here with your outrageous ideas of supporting the team's players and management.
You need to be openly critical every time one of them makes a mistake and ensure you ignore anything good they do.
Please don't look for any mitigations for mistakes and for heaven's sake don't comment positively on anything good they've done... this is not the place.
Don't worry about form; they should play well every game.
Ignore the fact they may not get opportunities due to the lack of passes they receive or are up against a good opponent - they should find some way of overcoming this even if it means going against what the manager has directed them to do. Going against the gameplan and being out of position is no excuse for laziness.
In fact you should start a thread about one of the players and find some way of criticising them.
If you're struggling you could always consider having a pop at them about their height!

At this stage last season Quigley was missing two easy chances every game. And he had his own song.
'Nowt wrong with Quigley as a good, hard working target man, but if Grigg is given the service Quigley got he'll be up around the 20 goal mark.

I'm in exactly the same boat. I've still no idea what he does. I watched him today and couldn't see any runs (until Dobs came on when he made a couple). Couldn't see him showing for the ball. Couldn't see him closing down defenders. Couldn't see him playing on the shoulder. Couldn't see him demanding the ball. Harsh as it is, I'd go as far at to say that from his positioning at times he looked like he wasn't especially keen to get involved. I'f actually forgive him his misses if he had put a shift in (like Colclough, say) but Grigg didn't put a shift in.
As a contrast, and courtesy of a Derby mate, I saw Rooney turn out for a poor Derby side a couple of times a few seasons ago when he was there. Rooney was like a dog with a bone. He demanded the ball. He put his foot it. He ran himself into the ground. Obviously he's a far better player than Grigg, but what Rooney was doing at Derby was mainly about his levels of effort not quality. Today I saw minimal effort from Grigg.

Grigg is a very intelligent player, works hard, movement etc is on another level. We just don’t have the players to get the ball into the box for him. And the ones we do have are the type that like to create chances for themselves (not saying this is always a bad thing)
Probably Griggs best game for us so far, he won’t score a hatful playing like we do, but he offers a lot in other areas.
Should have scored at the back post though

You've saved me writing several paragraphs stating just that.
