I have on several occasions suggested that we might use the art spend on the new ground to highlight the Club's heritage.

Tonight I was speaking to a supporter that I respect who agreed that we should use this spend to create such a community installation that reflected the greats of the Club. He also pointed out one Spanish ground (Sevilla?) that had an external installation that included all opposing teams' badges- ever!

I feel we need an piece of art that has community involvement, that celebrates the Club's history and which is included in the concourse on the corporate side of the ground.

We also need a peice of art, specific to football, that will become the defining image for the new stadium! A view of the ground that is unique and which will become iconic for the Club and stadium. Our own twin towers/Wembley arch.

On a lighter note, how do you appear, and disappear, as you do?

You can never under-estimate the power of a Tardis- as I said to King William III at his Coronation in 1689. I liked the fact that his ascension was planned in Old Whitt. I also used the same line in 2037 to William V!

Alternatively, use it to buy a big LCD Tv or Five and use it to show Club related Photographs (eg tina j's work) / Electronically created artwork by the fans / the Art college on a slideshow, oh and as a side job you could use them to display info on match days giving them a practical use too...

I know it well. A friend from school lived at the top of Howard Drive. Near the fields. Don't know if the fields are still there or if it's housing or whatever.
