MA shouted at the players and beat them down. He was sacked.

JS came in and said it was about restoring confidence and putting an arm around them to get them to enjoy football and do well.

We we're the second best team in the league from January.

Now he shouts at them and beats them down and we're not winning...

Perhaps our players don't respond to that style of management.

Don't get me wrong if they mess up they should be told but perhaps he should revert back to last year's more encouragement based method.

add to that continually talking them down in press conferences latest one is a classic in which he states several times we're not a good enough team, our players aren't good enough etc. ok he's right but its not just supporters who see these videos or hear these interviews, I would guess the players do too. throw in poor recruitment, odd team selections, negative tactics and questionable coaching and you can see why we are struggling this season.
