Regardless of the fact that it's a freebie, do you think it looks good after the week the Club & CT have had? The timing of it couldn't have been any worse!

Talking of the Club permitting things, who thought it was a good idea for CT to go to Portugal with the lads, with this funding shortfall staring him in the face?

Apologies, but I'm on a massive downer with CT & the Club after last week.

Can you go through the rest of the board and tell us what else is Bollox (in your words) it's about time someone put to bed a lot of things that keep popping up on here as facts when it's just made up rubbish.

Why aren't people banned when bringing up wages and what players allegedly earn and then slag them off for being overpaid/useless etc when in reality they have zero proof or any idea?Surely that's just as bad if not worse than CT getting a nice freebie

Very much appreciated Moondog. I have no problems with speculation. It down right lies that create further problems I do have problems with.

CT is working extremely hard and constantly has the best interests of the Club at heart.

The blame culture on here is ridiculous. The problems currently still rearing their head in the club were in my opinion created long before CT even joined the club!!!

And that is a FACT

I hope you all turn up and support the team this evening.

I agree that people should not spread unfounded rumour of a personal nature. However, i assume in the interests of applying this policy in an unbiased manner, are you now going to retrospectively suspend peoples accounts who previously have been spreading other dubious rumours that are of a personal nature? An obvious one of course are people supposedly knowing personal details of players wages. That example i would suggest falls into the same category of protecting an individuals rights against unfounded rumour as per CT. Also, how are you going to apply this policy going forward?

Hmmm.... Theres been plenty more dubious/damning comments made than simply where someone got a car from..

Suspending someone for that is going to make it very difficult to have a consistent approach in my opinion. I doubt the action would have been taken had it not been for Ashley voicing his concerns.

This is a public message board.
I didn't see what TB wrote nor am I particularly bothered about what he wrote but when we have had posts put up in the past about our players not trying, our manager(s) drinking habits and bemoaning a lack of funds in certain watering holes then you have suspended a member because he has posted up "rumours" that don't show a club member in a good light.
Is this because he has upset Mr Carson? Because to be honest Moondog it looks like you have acted due to Mr Carson's reply.
Are you acting in the boards best interests? If so then why did you leave a Mansfield supporter on the board for as long as you did when he was clearly rubbing a number of regular posters up the wrong way?

I don't think there is any need to ban him Ashley tension is high at the minute and we are all peed off . every time something goes wrong at the club someone at the club turns it on the fans . if you go on any football message board in the country you will find the same thing . are you telling me the club tells us 100% truth every time a statement comes out . so if you need an apology for the fan in question maybe the club should be giving a few out it self kettle and pot come to mind .
