Fantastic & controlled performance tonight, hard to name a man of the match

Just showed the squads strength in depth…6 changes & put a strong Bromley team who are great form, to the sword

Real quality tonight…Horton & Palmer were excellent

I don't know about that. We played much better against Hartlepool.

Was a very comfortable victory. Even when the Fourth held the board up it wasn't nervy. They never looked like scoring.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

Deffo best performance of the season, controlled the game from the off, passing was crisp and precise, goals came at just the right time, a great team performance...

Led by a front man who was non stop running ..and was back winning the ball in his own box when needed..

Well done Joe quigley..... motm

I think that’s the most power I can remember Quigley having in a header since ha been here. Good cross, good header.
Thought Naylor was a bit lucky with his as the keeper appeared unsighted and didn’t react until it was too later.
Very good 3 points

Colclough was right infront of the keeper and moved out of the way at the last moment.
Here we go again!

Possibly not the best attacking performance as at times we’ve been unplayable going forward but left gaps all over, tonight was the best all round back to front performance.

Definitely the most comfortable I've seen us this season. I've a very good feeling about this squad 🤞

finally a routine home 2-0 win, the kind i associated with cook's first spell here, not outstanding but controlled, the odd bit of sloppy play went unpunished for once, bromley were incredibly negative, at 2-0 down in the closing stages they allowed us to slowly play out from the back, we looked miles better than them.
pre-game i was a bit nervy about all the changes but everyone of them had a decent game, credit were it's due, i've been critical of palmer but he had a good game tonight. banks and quigley worked really hard and yes shows the squad strength, been a lot of games for all teams, we had the luxury of rotating a few tonight, not sure bromley did and they looked leggy by the end. all good stuff.

Dominant performance 99% one way...but that sitter Cheek missed. Yikes!
Could have and should have been a heavy defeat for Bromley. As much as I'm over the moon with tonights performance and the win, I'm still wanting more. The Berry sitter and the slide at the back post in injury time should have buried them....but still, well happy to have beaten these comfortably

Agree, funny how some forget about glaring errors where it was easier to score.
God I hate this league.

Intelligent from Colclough, virtually an assist

Definitely up there for performance of the season so far. Was always gonna be about patience against a good side who sat back, my main worry was the crowd would turn at not getting it forward enough (which is exactly what Bromley wanted) but we probed away and found the chance and scored. From that moment on it was pretty comfortable. Even only 2 or 3 comments on here about playing sideways shows how most people understood the game and what it was gonna take tonight. Banks, naylor and back 4 all really good, quigs brilliant. Ran the channels and held it up really well first half, got his goal and ran himself into the ground second half….

Naylor is a quality addition to the team…he covers every blade of grass & covers gaps that can be exploited very well.
Everytime Horton went forward, Naylor was there to sweep up the danger behind him.
A lot of excellent things go unnoticed with Naylor…key player that will lead us to the championship

Excellent footballer. As is Jacobs and we're seeing that more now too. Two really quality additions

Don't get me wrong, I liked the lad and think he has potential but when you consider that Naylor has filled the Akinola-shaped hole in our squad, he's a huge, huge improvement. Quality addition.

Both Naylor and Jones are excellent together. They break up play, cover for the fullbacks when they go forward, and they Marshall their team mates throughout the match. Both are great finds, and I'd like to see Jones given an extension to his contract.

Boring, largely uneventful game and I loved it!! Nice to be able to sit back and relax

Passing was crisp, and absolutely dominated possession in the first half without really offering a threat, but you could see we were wearing them down and trying to find pockets to punish

Fantastic cross for the first from Horton who had an excellent game and cracking header from MOTM Quigley who was sensational tonight

Another set piece goal, I feel like we've scored more goals from set pieces this season than in all my 30 years co bined watching Town

Perhaps benefitted from Bromley being poor and offered nothing, even Cheek fluffed the one chance he got when it was possibly easier to score but all round great night at the office, shame about Barnets last minute winner, but continue like this and nobody should get close to us
