Hope Kieron is at the game or at least enjoying the pictures.

Sammy being paraded shoulder high.
God I hate this league.

Sam Morsy is an excellent player and it's great to see that he'll be playing premiership football next season. My blade supporting brother says that he's the type of player who'd have kept Sheffield United in the premier League, so I told him to add Pickford, Trent, John Stones and a few more and yes they would have been ok, he wasn't impressed 😁. I did explain to him that every cloud has a silver lining and that his season ticket wouldn't cost as much this time 🤣🤣🤣.

Don’t think I’ve ever been so happy for a player that isn’t ours! Buzzing for Sammy. I’d love him back but won’t begrudge him a season in the Premier League. Maybe next season when he can come back and help us get to the second tier 👀

Kieron McKenna surely inline for a top job now after this promotion for Town. Nice to see a good club back in the top flight who have won it the right way not down to a Russian or Saudi Arabian oligarchs wealth like Bournemouth or Fulham.

Well done Ipswich, but I'm mostly really pleased for Sam Morsy, who was brilliant for us, and is as honest and hardworking a professional as you'll see at any level. It's great to see him get to the Premier League, but it could be a while before we can welcome him back here I think.

On another view is The Premiership really the promised land for a club like Ipswich, not many promoted clubs survive without a massive cash investment and now the constraints of financial compliance prevent the ‘play thing’ approach by billionaire ownership. Bournemouth, Fulham, Brighton seem to be establishing a successful model but things can change so quick in football.
I’d guess survival will be the initial goal but they certainly have a fight on their hands.
God I hate this league.

Well done Ipswich, a club with some brilliant history finally getting back to the promised land.
Sam Morsy proves yet again what a fantastic player he is.
All the best to them for next season, they deserve to be back in the top tier.

it's certainly a blue season, with leicester and ipswich taking the championship, then pompey win league 1, , stockport take league 2, of course we smashed the NL, so just the millionaires league to go and it will almost certainly go to city AGAIN (yawn) . pleased for morsy, watched quite a few ipswich games on tv this season and he is class act.

32 yrs old now, does that mean he won’t play in the Premiership next season.

from the games i've seen and its only about 6 he seems to be the heartbeat of this team, he's the captain and was signed by cook not the current manager, so he's won him over, rarely gets taken off so i'd say he will be given his chance.

Is there suddenly an age limit for playing in the Premier league? If there is they'd best tell James Milner that his time us up! You do post some garbage at times Dave!
"Do you think I'm here for your amusement" & good riddance to bad rubbish

He’s never played in the top division that’s all, his deal is up this time.

We’re all guilty of spouting rubbish but if you think that way that’s your problem . It is practically season over there’ll be a lot more garbage coming your way to comment on.
God I hate this league.

When Cook’s previous team began to dissolve I believe Morsy was the last decent player we had left similar to when Danny Wilson was the last man standing in Arthur Cox’s previously excellent team.
I had stopped going regularly and my mate who had stopped well before me was given someone’s season ticket for a game I think against Bury. This was one of many defeats at the time and he said it was like watching Morsy and ten others. Shows.Sam was still performing well when surrounded by dross.
