Blanket denying access of the child's right to know and see their father should not be down to the mother. Whilst in this case it seems reasonable its a slippery slope into a grey area of he said she said.
I also notice the person complaining about this has brought a book out, forgive me if I become a bit cynical about their motives.

I’m more concerned that your not condemning the council for contacting a convicted rapist for access rights to his victims child
Seriously what’s wrong with you?

The kid involved is known to social services as he is about to be involved in care proceedings. Social Services are required by law to inform all parties including a biological father who doesnt have PR. The father can apply for PR at any point it doesnt mean he will get it.
It's funny how the mother hasnt mentioned how her child is subject to care proceedings, maybe if she was a better mother and not cocking about with books it would be different.

Yet again that's the side from the woman who wrote a book and is having her kid taken into care.
