Though maybe that's unfair - at least he's been elected...

Don't think that's much of a jibe against Farage, he's never been an MP, but he's gotten everything else he's wanted. Foolish to say he's not been 'successful' on his own terms.

Well, knowing nowt, time for me to do a bit of background research. This seems a good place to start.......

My post was based upon watching a genuine news channel, Dave: https://m.youtube.co...G93YXkgb24gZ21i
It just reminded me of all the occasions Farage has ducked and dodged and denied and decieved and smeared the interviewer rather than answer questions himself.
Usually accusing them of left wing or pro EU bias in his case, of course.
For Galloway's "party hopping"? See Farage's UKIP to Brexit to Revile. Or whatever.
For sucking up to Gadaffi? See Trump.
For sharing platforms with Hamas and Hezbollah sympathisers? See Bannon, collections of neo-cons and countless other hard right racists.
Then for regular appearances on Russia Today see GeeBeebies.
Two sides of the same coin, pal.
Our friend 'Turrhall' has a point they've both been successful, though.
But most would deem that 'success' as becoming self serving and egotistical demagogues eshewing anything even approaching principles in the process...

Very entertaining.
I'm drawn to his statement in the Youtube clip I put up, which I think epitomises all what you have writ over the past 10 years.....
(paraphrased) 'I'm fighting for working people who need help if they are out of work'. Let's see how that is borne out in his manifesto.

This might make you chuckle, Dave.
Apparently, back in his Labour days, Galloway asked the late Donald Dewer 'Why do so many people dislike me before they've even met me?'
DD replied 'It saves time, George...'

Substitute AN Other unpopular MP for GG and you’ve heard a guaranteed quip from every political after dinner speaker 😂
In fact Saunders probably used it too!
