Basically that was cheating!

Or self preservation!
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

No ICC punishments for the 2 day 3rd Test pitch after its rated "average" by the match referee....who just happened to be ex Indian cricket Javagal Srinath so he was obviously completely impartial!!

So England’s form persist

Interesting theories in the post match post-mortem. The one that I found funniest was that there wasn’t enough cricket played on good pitches at the height of summer. Wonder why that is?

We're also missing 3 of the world's better batsmen in Bairstow, Stokes and Buttler, if they were available instead of the likes of any of the ones that capitulated so meekly (I'm looking at you Crawley, Bracey, Sibley & Pope) both games would have been a lot closer, plus the decision to go without a frontline spinner was ridiculous. We need someone better than Silverwood as coach and now it appears chief selector.
"Do you think I'm here for your amusement" & good riddance to bad rubbish

The rotation thing, for what it’s worth possibly needed, hasn’t helped us. Chuck some of those missing info this side and it’s probably a different story.
