I totally agree with every word of that my friend. I can't abide horrible players like Osborne and I can't abide cheating in general. It's not what we pay to watch is it?

AC, the National League is just awful for going beyond the rules, and it certainly didn't take Oldham long to clock on. Most of the neanderthal teams have several on their books who are either happy to fake an injury, try and get a player sent off, request written confirmation from the ref to go back ten yards and it goes on and on. How many times does Quigley get his shirt pulled or even bear hugged on some occasions, and then look at Kabby, not even a free kick for what just about wrecked his career.

Yes mate and I'm so glad we're now out of that God awful National League. Roll on August (or even July in Matlock).

The NL management showed their true colours when a high profile (well long serving) manager went on public platforms bragging (proudly) that he told a player to basically cheat so they could gain an advantage clearly bringing the credibility of the league into disrepute.
If the NL management wanted to send a message of being able to police the league this was a good chance to do so, but as on many other occasions they did f... all choosing their normal carpet lifting exercise. Therefore giving clubs with the tendencies towards sh..housery carte blanche to carry on regardless creating the resultant cess pit of a league

I'm really looking forward to next season mate, and being able to call ourselves a member of the EFL once more.

Excellent summary of the National League. It's run a bit like a jumble sale at the local church hall, it's that amateurish. There's no intention of pulling up wrong doing unless it costs them money.

Harsh to judge when this is the most I’ve seen of him but I wouldn’t touch him with a barge pole. Playing like he knows he’ll be in the EFL next season regardless of todays result.

We're not getting him. A league one side will be in for him. Barnsley will probably do a swap deal with Dallas on loan as part of the move. I noticed the playoff game wasn't part of the video though 🤔.

I do.
I don't see him as a Dobra. I think he's more of a Banks and Jacobs mix. Of course, there's a risk he will never reach or surpass the level that those two have attained, but that's the chance you take with the transfer system. I'd accept that he's nowhere near fit enough for us though.

The problem we'll have, is he has been blown up to be the top man. His agent will be telling him he'll be the top man wherever he goes. Do we need him, because he won't come cheap that's for certain. I'd have thought we could do with spending a wage where we need it and not where we're player rich.
The stats don't lie, he's been phenomenal this season, but last weekend it looked like he knew he was going elsewhere. He didn't seem to break sweat for most of the game. You watch him end up here and make me eat my words 🤣🤣🤣.

I guess a dose of reality is required. Their ground has sections fenced off with holes in the roof in the away section. The concrete terracing underfoot is horrendous, Saltergate would be a hundred percent better. They must have the difficulty of attracting fans whilst in the immediate shadow of Merseyside and Manchester yet still have to remain viable. On the whole they seem to be good at spotting and attracting players with potential, their fans I’m sure will understand that going forward they must sell on players.
God I hate this league.

For all his talent he looks like Mandy was with us pre Cookie looks unfit at times and lazy but if he steps up he would have to improve his fitness tenfold as he went missing in the play off game but a good diamond to polish

Two out of three but Wednesday never looked like losing to be honest. I’ve been at the game with Sunderland supporting wife and father in law and Sunderland mustered not a lot as their season ended much like it’s gone since Mowbray left.

Not sure anyone would have predicted only Huddersfield to lose out if the bottom 8!
